Médaille ronde (diamètre : 30,5 mm) montée en bijou avec un sertissage en argent (poinçons losange et tête de sanglier) (diamètre avec la bélière : 39 mm) et sa chaîne en métal argenté (70 cm - 140 cm) - poids : 98,23g.

Georges-Henri Prud'Homme, né à Capbreton en 1873, et mort à Paris en 1947, est un sculpteur et graveur-médailleur français.
Georges-Henri Prud'Homme est admis à l'école des beaux-arts de Paris dans les ateliers d'Alexandre Falguière pour la sculpture, et d'Alphée Dubois pour la gravure.
Le catalogue de la Monnaie de Paris répertorie 55 médailles dont il est l'auteur. Il a aussi dessiné de nombreux timbres-poste.
