René-Robert Cavelier de La Salle (1643-1687) est un explorateur-voyageur, ayant parcouru la région des Grands Lacs des États-Unis et du Canada actuels, puis le fleuve Mississippi, et ayant ainsi découvert les territoires situés entre la vallée du Saint-Laurent et le delta du Mississippi.
René-Robert Cavelier de La Salle (1643-1687) was an explorer and traveler who journeyed through the Great Lakes region of present-day United States and Canada, then up the Mississippi River, and thus discovered the territories between the St. Lawrence Valley and the Mississippi Delta.
