Commentary

Miguel Paredes et Fonollá (Barcelone 1901 - Ceret 1980) était un sculpteur catalan.
En 1938, Paredes est parti en exil dans le nord de la Catalogne , où il a travaillé dans les villages du Roussillon pour faire des monuments de guerre. Plus tard , il a travaillé dans une usine de poupées, et plus tard enseigné la sculpture à l'École des Beaux - Arts d' Orléans. Il est mort dans la pauvreté en 1980..
