Commentary
La médaille fut offerte au banquet du Congrès de la Mutualité départementale le 22 mai 1966 par Georges Dupoizat, Préfet du département de l’Ain. La médaille est présentée dans une boîte avec un petit carton donnant les conditions de réception de la médaille.
