Commentary

En 1919, création de la FNSAGA, Fédération nationale des syndicats des agents généraux d'assurance, à Grenoble. En 1999, FNSAGA devient agéa et création des région. Agéa est le seul syndicat représentatif des agents généraux. A ce titre, la fédération est un intervenant légitime dans le secteur de l'assurance et elle à vocation à prendre part au débat public pour représenter la profession en expliquant ses spécificité et en démontrant la valeur ajoutée de son modèle (c.f.agéa).
In 1919, the FNSAGA, National Federation of General Insurance Agents' Unions, was founded in Grenoble. In 1999, FNSAGA became agéa and the regions were created. Agéa is the only representative union of general agents. As such, the federation is a legitimate player in the insurance sector and its mission is to take part in the public debate to represent the profession by explaining its specificities and demonstrating the added value of its model (cfagéa).
