Cette médaille a été frappée en qualité Epreuve, portant le poinçon de garantie de l’Etat. Elle est présentée dans un carton plastifié, puis dans une enveloppe timbrée et oblitérée. Le tout est dans un étui avec des explications du Médaillier Franklin. La médaille s’est détachée de l’ensemble et n’est plus tenue par le carton de présentation.
