Commentary
As long as the Prince of Condé had been Prime Minister, he had, in a way, been thought of less; but during his exile in Chantilly, his affection for Burgundy seemed to console him. The Elect had his arms and those of his wife Caroline of Hesse-Reinfeld engraved, crowned and accompanied by the genius of the province whose horn of plenty was inverted.
