Commentary
Vintage with a rough overprint of a 7 over a 5. Three obverse corners with very slight differences and two reverse dies for this outfit. According to Daniel (p.23) “the face has been rejuvenated and it gives off an impression of nobility. This is the most successful obverse since No. 23.”
