Claude Fyot, dernier abbé de Saint-Étienne de Dijon, fut élu du Clergé en 1700 et obtint deux fois l'honneur d'être nommé Élu-Général des États de Bourgogne. Ancien aumônier de Louis XIV, il était encore comte de Bosjon, conseiller d'honneur au Parlement. II portait d'azur, au chevron d'or accompagné de trois losanges de même.
