Boîte de production allemande avec mention sur une étiquette : “Wang und Gewicht macht von ihro Churfürftl. Durchl. zu Pfalz gnädigft  privil. examinirt und gefchworner Ichatmacher JOH. PET. BRASELMANN, auf Wichlinghaufen in Oberbarmen 177.”. A droite est gravé : (trois couronnes) et USTIRT. Exemplaire présentant à l’intérieur quelques inscriptions à l’encre rouge, celles-ci indiquent l’emplacement des poids. Les poids de forme carré à bouton sont d’origine avec : 1 ducat (3,50g), 2 ducats (6,98 g), 1 demi-carlin (4,89 g), 1 carlin (9,71 g), 2 exemplaires de demi-pistole (3,33 g et 4,07 g), 2 exemplaires de 1 pistol(e) (6,74 g et 8,13g), 2 pistol(es) (13,47 g), 4 pistol(es) (27,02 g), 1 demi-sever (5,57g), 1 sever (11,15 g), 1 louis d’or (8,15 g), 1 demi-Maxd (3,25 g), 1 Maxd (6,50 g), 1 Gulden (3,23 g), 1 demi-Ginee (4,10 g) et 1 Ginee (8,18 g). Tous les poids sont contremarqués, soit d’un lion, soit d’un lis, soit d’un soleil. Sous le petit couvercle, vous retrouverez 6 fines lamelles, poinçonnés d’annelets pointés. On retrouve des lamelles allant de 1 à 6 annelets. La boîte, en bois sombre et fermée par deux attaches métalliques, est complète et présente un poids supplémentaire gravé 3ii à 7,47 g.

BRASELMANN, auf Wichlinghaufen in Oberbarmen 177. ”. On the right is engraved: (three crowns) and USTIRT. example with some inscriptions in red ink inside, these indicate the location of the weights. The square button-shaped weights are original with: 1 ducat (3.50g), 2 ducats (6.98g), 1 half-carlin (4.89g), 1 carlin (9.71g), 2 examples of half-pistole (3.33g and 4.07g), 2 examples of 1 pistol(e) (6.74g and 8.13g), 2 pistol(es) (13.47g), 4 pistol(es) (27.02g), 1 half-sever (5.57g), 1 sever (11.15g), 1 louis d'or (8.15g), 1 half-Maxd (3.25g), 1 Maxd (6.50g), 1 Gulden (3.23g), 1 half-Ginee (4.10g) and 1 Ginee (8.18g).
