Commentary

Ce bronze porte, comme si souvent, des traces de coup de burin au revers. Cette série comporte de nombreuses variantes ; au revers de cet exemplaire, on devine une M entre les jambes du cheval.
This bronze bears, as so often, traces of a chisel mark on the reverse. This series includes many variations; on the reverse of this example, we can see an M between the horse's legs.
