Mgr Georges-Louis Phélypeaux d'Herbault est un prélat français né en 17201 ou 1729 à Orléans dans l'ancienne province de l'Orléanais du royaume de France et mort le 23 septembre 1787.
Ordonné évêque le 20 novembre 1757, il est archevêque de Bourges pendant trente ans, de 1757 à 17871.
Il est aussi Chancelier et garde des sceaux des chevaliers de l'ordre du Saint-Esprit de 1770 à 1787.

Ordained bishop on November 20, 1757, he was Archbishop of Bourges for thirty years, from 1757 to 17871. He was also Chancellor and Keeper of the Seals of the Knights of the Order of the Holy Spirit from 1770 to 1787.
