Cet ange d’or présente des petits coups sur la tranche ainsi qu’au revers. Elle est frappée sur un flan légèrement voilé et a probablement été montée. L’ange et la nef sont très bien venus à la frappe

Cet ange d’or ne provient pas d’Angleterre. En raison de son style il s’agit très vraisemblablement d’une imitation continentale des actuels Belgique et Pays-Bas. Cette monnaie copie l’émission anglaise de Londres d’Henry VII (S.2187).
This gold angel does not originate from England. Due to its style, it is most likely a continental imitation of present-day Belgium and the Netherlands. This coin copies the English issue of Henry VII in London (S.2187).
