Les informations dont nous disposons actuellement font apparaître l’existence de deux types différents d’essais de frappe pour les Euros effectués à Pessac,le premier et l’adopté. De nombreux autres essais intermédiaires sont connus mais un référencement complet n’est pas encore possible.
Les caractéristiques de l’essai de 50 cent Euro proposé sont les suivantes :
- frappe médaille
- tranche à fines cannelures
- non-magnétique
- poids de 7,71 g. et diamètre de 24,25 mm.
The information we currently have indicates the existence of two different types of test strikes for Euros carried out at Pessac, the first and the adopted one. Many other intermediate tests are known but a complete referencing is not yet possible. The characteristics of the proposed 50 cent Euro test are as follows: - medal strike - finely fluted edge - non-magnetic - weight of 7.71 g and diameter of 24.25 mm
