Commentary
Alexandre Mell (1851-1931) était professeur à l’école pour aveugles de Vienne. La signature P. Mell semble être celle de celle d’un des enfants qui l’avait fait graver pour l’offrir ensuite au nom de tous les enfants à leurs parents.
