Commentary

Egon Schiele (1890-1918) est un peintre expressionniste autrichien fortement influencé par le style sécession. Ami de Klimt, il meurt en 1918 de la grippe espagnole. Le tableau tableau “Mère avec deux enfants” réalisé en 1915 est exposé au Palais du Belvédère à Vienne.
