Commentary

A particularly rare coin, absent from the Boudeau and Poey d'Avant, and first published by Émile Caron without any real attribution. A suggestion from Fauquembergues is possible, as we also know of a coin quite similar to the name of this town. As a play on words, the falcon would refer to the name of this town.
