Commentary

Cette médaille a été frappée en qualité Epreuve, portant le poinçon de garantie de l’Etat. Elle est présentée dans un carton scellé, puis dans une enveloppe timbrée et oblitérée. Le tout est dans un étui marron avec des explications en français et en néerlandais du Médaillier Franklin.
