Léopold Georges Crouzat est un artiste peintre, graveur et médailleur français né à Castres le 27 mars 1904 et mort le 4 juin 1977 dans le département de l'Essonne.
Il fut l'élève de Paul Landowski à l'École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts. Sociétaire de la Société des artistes français, mention honorable en 1928, médaille d'argent en 1938.
