Ce denier est frappé sur un flan irrégulier. Exemplaire présentant des faiblesses de frappe et recouvert d’une légère patine grise hétérogène

Commentary

Ce type monétaire, avec un I dans le champ du droit pourrait être attribué à Ithier (962-985). Ce type de denier semble toutefois un peu léger pour la fin du Xe siècle. Poey d’Avant signale un rare denier au même type, mais avec le I cantonné de deux besants.
