Ce jeton ne porte aucune étoile mais il est pourtant de Sedan ainsi que l’indique Rouyer (note 1 : “qui ne peuvent être que de Sedan comme notre n°16, bien que ne portant aucune marque d’étoile à cinq rais”). Axe à douze heures.
La série avec le dauphin enlaçant une ancre est très certainement de Sedan mais comporte quelques différences par rapport aux autres types. L’axe des coins est à douze heures et non plus six, on note de légers décentrements, enfin, il y a parfois absence de l’étoile à cinq branches qui en constitue le signe distinctif.

This token does not bear any star but it is nevertheless from Sedan as Rouyer indicates (note 1: “which can only be from Sedan like our n°16, although not bearing any mark of a five-pointed star”). Axis at twelve o'clock. The series with the dolphin embracing an anchor is most certainly from Sedan but has some differences compared to the other types. The axis of the dies is at twelve o'clock and no longer six, there are slight decenterings, finally, there is sometimes absence of the five-pointed star which constitutes its distinctive sign.
