On doit noter de petits chocs dans les champs et sur les reliefs les plus hauts. Cet exemplaire présente une jolie patine grise de collection. On doit noter une petite tache au niveau du haut de la colonne de droite du temple

ARDENNES - DUCHY OF BOUILLON - GODEFROY III, GODEFROY-CHARLES-HENRI DE LA TOUR D'AUVERGNE
(1771-1792)
From his childhood, Godefroy-Charles-Henri was immersed in the ideas of the Enlightenment. When he was only five years old, he was taken away from his family and entrusted to the Scottish tutor André-Michel Ramsay (1686-1743), secretary of Fénelon. Ramsay was Grand Orator of the Order of Freemasons and is the author of The Discourse on Masonic Doctrine. A Grand Orient seems to have existed in Bouillon: Charles-Godefroi then Godefroy-Charles-Henri would have been its grand masters.
