Exemplaire sur un flan large et épais, bien centré. Très beau portrait. Joli revers bien visible. Belle patine vert olive foncé

Obverse description : Buste diadémé, drapé et cuirassé d’Arcadius à droite, vu de trois quarts en avant (A’a) ; diadème perlé.

Reverse legend : VIRTVS - EXERCITI// SMKB.
Reverse description : Arcadius, vêtu militairement debout à gauche, tenant une haste de la main droite, la main gauche appuyée sur un bouclier couronné par Victoria, placée derrière lui.

Commentary
Poids lourd. Rubans de type 3 aux extrémités bouletées. Le diadème se termine par un cabochon carré. Fibule ronde. Ptéryges invisibles sous le paludamentum. Type rare en bon état de conservation.
