Reverse description : Autel entre deux prêtres, du Soleil à gauche et de la Lune à droite, entouré d'un triple grènetis, au-dessus quatre croissants surmontés d'étoiles ; dans le champ, quatre groupes de trois globules posés en triangle.
Commentary
Cette hemidrachme appartiendrait à Omar ibn Al ‘Ala, gouverneur du Tabaristan entre 771 et 780 (PYE 120-129). Sur cet exemplaire le nom du gouverneur est écrit en pehlvi et en coufique.
