Exemplaire sur un petit flan épais, bien centré des deux côtés. Beau portrait d’Antonia de haut relief. Très joli revers, complet avec une fine usure. Patine marron de collection ancienne

Antonia (36 AC - 37 AD), daughter of Marc Antony and Octavia, niece of Augustus, wife of Drusus, mother of Germanicus and Claudius, sister-in-law of Tiberius, crosses the Augustan period to die - possibly poisoned - during the reign of Caligula, her grandson. It is she who, in 29, reveals the sedition of Séjan to Tiberius.
