Commentary

Charles Poisson est seigneur de Neuville et maire de 1673 à 1677. Il porte d’azur au dauphin d’or posé en demi-cercle, lorré de gueules, les ouïes et le nez de même, sur une mer agitée.
Charles Poisson was lord of Neuville and mayor from 1673 to 1677. He bears azure with a golden dolphin in a semicircle, rimmed gules, the gills and nose of the same, on a rough sea
