Commentary

Guillaume Ier ou Wilhelm Friedrich Ludwig von Preußen est né en 1797 et mort en 1888. Il fut régent en 1858, puis roi de Prusse en 1861 avant d’être président de la Confédération d'Allemagne du Nord en 1867 et empereur allemand en 1871. P. Telge, Franz Carl Paul Telge (1846-1909), est un artisan et orfèvre de la cour royale roumaine.
