Ce thaler est frappé sur un flan large. Il présente des petites zones d’usure à l’avers. Le buste est finement détaillé. La monnaie est recouverte d’une belle patine aux reflets argentés

Commentary


La représentation des vices de l’âme humaine au revers est assez exceptionnelle. L’avarice et la luxure sont personnifiées par des créatures anthropomorphiques repoussantes et sont terrassées par le monarque à cheval.
