Commentary
Le boudjou d'argent correspondait à 24 mazounas ou 48 kharoubs ou 696 aspers. Il fallait 4,5 boudjous pour faire un sultani en or. La pièce de 2 boudjous fut fabriquée à Alger de 1822 à 1828, le millésime 1829 reste à retrouver,probablement fondu avec le trésor du dey, pillé par les français lors de la conquête.
