Obverse translation : “Lucius Ælius Cæsar”, (Lucius Aélius césar).

Reverse description : Salus (la Santé) drapé, debout à gauche, tenant un sceptre long de la main gauche et une patère de la main droite, sacrifiant et nourrissant un serpent enroulé autour d’un autel.
