Commentary

Le modèle date certainement de la deuxième République et sa parenté est évidente avec les pièces de 5 francs argent des deuxième et troisième Républiques par Oudiné (F. 327, 332 et 333). Ce modèle avec poinçon bronze a en réalité plutôt l’aspect du laiton et correspond certainement aux dernières frappes.
The model certainly dates from the Second Republic and its relationship is obvious with the 5 franc silver coins of the Second and Third Republics by Oudiné (F. 327, 332 and 333). This model with bronze punch actually has more the appearance of brass and certainly corresponds to the last strikes
