Paire d'épreuves unifaces recto et verso sans filigrane, collées aux angles, et deux fois au centre des marges, sur carton léger.
Identiques au billet émis, avec numérotation mais sans signatures. Date 00=00=0000, sans emplacement pour les lettres avant et après contrairement au spécimen et avec deux caractères pour le jour et le mois au lieu d'un seul.
En bas, texte manuscrit : 5000 frs type "Empire Français" Clément Serveau.

Pair of single-sided proofs, recto and verso, without watermark, glued at the corners, and twice in the center of the margins, on light cardboard. Identical to the issued note, with numbering but without signatures. Date 00=00=0000, without space for the letters before and after unlike the specimen and with two characters for the day and the month instead of one.
