Paire d'épreuves unifaces recto et verso sans filigrane collées par les marges dans un carton fort à fenêtres.
Type non émis. Billet sans numérotation, ni date ou signatures, mais avec titres.
En 1951 le billet est prêt, mais le 03 janvier 1952, lors d'une réunion du Conseil de la Banque de France, il est définitivement rejeté. Les membres ne veulent plus des thèmes antiques, les prochains billets devront désormais représenter des français illustres. (voir Livre de M.Camus Billets Secrets de la Banque de France p.24). D'après Alain Dailly, la première version était inversée recto / verso avec une valeur de 5000 Francs, et nommée "L'Hymne au Soleil". C'est la première fois que nous proposons cette épreuve.

Pair of single-sided proofs, recto and verso without watermark, glued by the margins in a strong cardboard box with windows. Unissued type. Banknote without numbering, date or signatures, but with titles. In 1951 the note was ready, but on January 3, 1952, during a meeting of the Council of the Bank of France, it was definitively rejected. The members no longer wanted ancient themes, the next notes would now have to represent famous French people. (see M. Camus's book Secret Banknotes of the Bank of France p.24). According to Alain Dailly, the first version was reversed recto / verso with a value of 5000 Francs, and named \\\"The Hymn to the Sun\\\". This is the first time we offer this proof.
