In 1982, Luxembourg reissued the unissued 1963 series to prepare for an emergency issue following the devaluation of the Belgian Franc; this series was ultimately not issued. Pair of single-sided proofs without watermark, one perforation. In the margins, in pen, details of the paper, printing characteristics, and dates
