En 1982, le Luxembourg reprend la série de 1966 pour préparer une émission d'urgence après la dévaluation du Franc Belge, cette série ne sera finalement pas émise. Spécimen complet avec filigrane, signataire de droite : Le Ministre d'État. Surchargé SPECIMEN en rouge, une perforation. Numéro 039 au dos.
In 1982, Luxembourg revived the 1966 series to prepare an emergency issue following the devaluation of the Belgian Franc; this series was ultimately never issued. Complete specimen with watermark, signed on the right: The Minister of State. Overprinted \\\"SPECIMEN\\\" in red, one perforation. Number 039 on the reverse.
