Magnifique étude pour un billet Banque de l’Algérie et Tunisie type "Minaret" par Henry Cheffer avec vue de la grande mosquée de Tunis. Ce projet est référencé dans le livre du Docteur Kolsky, p.205. Sur son site, la Banque de France indique que ce serait le verso du billet Vespasien de la Banque d’Algérie pour émission en Tunisie (à confirmer).

Magnificent study for a Bank of Algeria and Tunisia \\\"Minaret\\\" type banknote by Henry Cheffer with a view of the great mosque of Tunis. This project is referenced in the book by Doctor Kolsky, p.205. On its website, the Banque de France indicates that this would be the back of the Vespasian banknote of the Bank of Algeria for issue in Tunisia (to be confirmed).
