This note, one of the few authentic ones, is printed on very thin and fragile paper, this example is in an exceptional state of preservation and illustrates the Kolsky. This quality allowed us to detect a watermark in the paper: ISLES DE FRANCE ET DE BOURBON on three lines in the center, readable from the back. This new element will now allow us to determine with certainty the authenticity of the few known examples.
