Commentary

Décret du 17 avril 1790. Contrairement aux autres exemplaires connus, la date "17 de ce mois" est imprimée. Dans son ouvrage Jean Lafaurie indiquait n'avoir retrouvé aucune de ces coupures. Cet exemplaire est, à notre connaissance, le seul retrouvé.
