D'après Alain Dailly, cette vignette, au départ un 50 Francs, transformée en 1000 Francs Germinal réserve 1947 a été partiellement imprimée. En 1961 le Conseil Général a décidé de détruire les 5 727 840 billets préparés. Ce billet est aussi appelé "République et Cérès" (voir Billets Secrets de la Banque de France par J.C.Camus p.31). C'est la première fois que nous proposons cette épreuve.

Pair of single-sided proofs, recto and verso, without watermark, glued to the corners on strong cardboard. Unissued type. Banknote without numbering, date or signatures. According to Alain Dailly, this vignette, originally a 50 Francs, transformed into a 1000 Francs Germinal reserve 1947 was partially printed. In 1961 the General Council decided to destroy the 5,727,840 prepared notes. This note is also called \\\"Republic and Ceres\\\" (see Secret Notes of the Bank of France by JCCamus p.31).
