Épreuve uniface du recto, non filigranée (juste deux traits perpendiculaires). Grandes marges. Portrait de Montaigne par Lefeuvre. Prévu pour être un 50F en 1964, abandonné en 1967, la vignette est réutilisée pour effectuer des essais d'impression en continu dans les années 1985.
