Descriptif historique en slovaque et en anglais. L’alliance informelle, appelée Visegrád 4 ou « V4 » regroupe quatre pays d’Europe centrale, la Hongrie, la Pologne, la Slovaquie et la République Tchèque. Elle a fut le jour le 15 février 1991 lors d'un sommet des chefs d'État ou de gouvernement de Tchécoslovaquie, Hongrie et Pologne dans la ville de Visegrád.
