Commentary
A previously unknown reverse variant! Curiously, in G. Savès's work, the obol of this type is illustrated with an obverse, but without a reverse; it is described as having a \\\"Romanized head facing left, eye facing forward, ear,\\\" and the reverse is not photographed. The obol depicted here came from the eponymous site of Grabels (Hérault).
