Reverse description : Jeanne d'Arc, assise de face, casquée et cuirassée, tenant de la main droite son épée, la gauche appuyée sur l'écu d'Orléans écrasant le lion anglais. Signé D.V. à gauche.

Commentary

Charles II Colas d'Anjouan est né vers 1669 et décédé le 29 mai 1750 à Orléans. Il est le fils de Charles Ier Colas d'Anjouan et de Madeleine Bailli. Il épouse le 25 janvier 1712 à Orléans Claude Rousseau. Ses armes portent d’or, à un chêne, un porc passant brochant sur le tronc.
