Commentary

Ce jeton est un témoignage posthume du Président Perrault, qui avait laissé par testament une somme de six mille livres dont le revenu était affecté à la frappe annuelle de quatre bourses de ces jetons. Ces bourses devaient être remises aux trois administrateurs de l’Hôtel Dieu qui assistaient à la messe pour le repos de l’âme du prince de Condé.
