Exemplaire sur un flan très large et ovale, bien centré des deux côtés. Beau portrait expressif du césar décédé. Frappe un peu molle au revers. Jolie patine grise avec des reflets dorés

Consecration of Valerian and Gallienus
After his death, Valérien II was deified by Valérien I and Gallien. The following year, his younger brother Salonin was raised to the Cesarat. The coinage of Valerian II divus seems to stop in 259 or at the latest in 260 after the capture of Valerian I.
