Denier sur un flan rond et assez large mais de frappe molle sur un flan en très bas argent. Les types se devinent mais sont à peine identifiables

Commentary


Ce type de denier put faire penser à la région parisienne, mais il ne correspond pas exactement aux deniers de Paris ; les bras de la crois n’ont pas leur pendant qui pend.
Les deniers de Paris n’ont une légende que sur le droit alors que cet exemplaire semble avoir une légende au droit comme au revers.

L’exemplaire n° 67 du trésor de Bais lui ressemble beaucoup, avec le même style de tête ; il s’agit d’un denier de Blois.
