Reverse description : Blason sur cuir ouvragé posé sur une branche d’olivier. Signature monogramme.

La médaille a été décernée à Abel Fleury, Conseil Général du Loir-et-Cher. Il est possible qu’il s’agisse d’Abel Maurice Fleury, né le 15 avril 1915 à Châtres sur Cher (Loir-et-Cher) décédé le 11 juin 1940, soit pendant la Bataille de France (appelé également Campagne de France).
