Historical background


(Ve - the fourth century BC

Crannon was a rich city of Thessaly Larissa surrounded territories and Scotussa. Its population was from Epirus. After experiencing the city for two centuries a great expansion then fell into a slow decline before disappearing after the Roman conquest.
