Obverse legend : INSCRIPTION EN ARAMÉEN.

Obverse description : Buste casqué, barbu et drapé de face ; un sceptre dans le champ à gauche.

Reverse

Reverse legend : ANÉPIGRAPHE.

Reverse description : Baaltars, nu jusqu’à la ceinture assis à gauche sur un trône sans dossier, tenant le thymiaterion de la main droite.

Commentary

Ce type de la plus grande rareté semble être le deuxième exemplaire signalé. Même coin de droit que l’exemplaire de l’article de Mildenberg, pl. 27, n° 28 (mal décrit et seulement photographié). L’état de conservation ne permet pas de confirmer une liaison de coin pour le revers.
