Obverse description : Composition avec deux fusils croisés, à gauche écu de la Confédération Suisse et à droite celui du canton de Zoug, chapeau à plumes, le tout au centre d’une couronne de chêne et d’olivier.

Reverse description : Illusqtration de Hans Landwing sauvant le drapeau à la Bataille d’Arbedo.

Commentary

Cette monnaie commémore la Bataille d’Arbedo en 1422 qui oppose les troupes confédérées d’Uri, Nidwald, Lucerne et de Zoug aux troupes du Duc de Milan pour la possession du Tessin.
